We have Cadet, Junior, Senior and Veteran International fencers regularly competing in N.Ireland, Ireland, UK and European/World Cup Competitions. Our Honours and Achievements section speaks for itself.
Our fencers at International level (Male and Female) represent N.Ireland, Ireland and Great Britain at Junior, Senior and Veteran level in The Five Nations, World Championships and Commonwealth Championships competitions.

Our Club has three Main objectives, to provide the BEST Coaching, Competition Experience and Training Facilities in N.Ireland. We work constantly to achieve these goals for the benefit of our members.
Fencing is fast, explosive and dynamic! Imagine a sport played out with the skill and strategy of a game of chess, but at high speed and intense pressure. Fencing is not a martial art and there are no moves designed to hurt anyone. This Olympic sport is all about out-smarting and out-skilling your opponent to make a touch on their target area to score a point.
We pride ourselves on running a fun and friendly club with a diversified membership from ages 8 to veteran, covering all levels of experience from beginner to junior/senior international level.
Train with the largest Club, offering ALL three disciplines Foil, Epee and Sabre.
We also believe that the overriding priority of our club is the welfare and safety of ALL our members especially our children and young people, and this is a priority we will not compromise on.
So whether you are interested in trying out fencing for the first time or wanting to improve your fencing by training with some of our more experienced junior and senior internationals, you'll find all you need at Grosvenor. We also supply all the necessary equipment that you will need to get started. Just wear some comfortable clothes and trainers. You will definitely need a water bottle too!
Our club is open to anyone who wants to get involved in fencing. So why not come along and give fencing a try with us and discover how much fun it really is!

When we Fence: 3 separate sessions
Monday: 6.30pm - 9 pm for - Foil, Epee, Sabre
Tuesday: 6.30pm - 9pm for - Foil, Epee, Sabre
Wednesday: 7pm - 9pm - Advanced Foil(by invitation), Epee, Sabre
