Summer Fencing Display

We have been asked to put on a fencing Display and Public taster session by Belfast City Council. We did this last year and it was a fantastic success and turned out to be very enjoyable for all those taking part with Shane Lynch from Boyzone dropping in on the day. Members MUST let us know by Wednesday 29th June if they will be attending as we need to organise kit for the event before we close for the summer break. It will be at the Ozone, on Friday 22nd July from 12 noon - 4.30pm.

Update:

We have also been selected by Belfast City Council as one of only a few sporting clubs to participate in a UK wide 'Open Weekend' of sporting events, showcasing sport in Belfast. This will take place in front of Belfast City Hall between 2pm - 4.30pm on Sunday 24th July 2011. Our fencers will be broadcast live on a giant screen outside city hall as well as Live to numerous cities around the UK.
